I am passionate about Craniosacral Therapy, which led me down the path to become a Massage Therapist.  I have experienced the work first hand and have witnessed the amazing changes it offers to our lives.  I have had the privilege of working at the renowned Upledger Institute in their Intensive Therapy Program.  I, also, share a joy for massage and what it can bring to our bodies.  I enjoy meeting people where they are and listen to their needs.  Each session is individualized to meet specific concerns.  I love to bring a therapeutic presence to the table creating a safe space for healing and wholeness.  

Craniosacral Therapy and Massage Therapy are one of the greatest gifts you can give to yourself.   Trauma, Chronic Pain and Stress can be detrimental to our lives.  Bringing ourselves to the table and inviting change, offering the body the opportunity to get back to homeostasis, is a beautiful gift we can give to ourselves.  

I have been licensed for 18 years, and I continue to enjoy the passion and love for the work.  I am honored to facilitate in one's healing journey.  It is such a gift, and I feel lucky to be a part of the process.
